Yes .. blogs can make you money. Sometimes lots of money.

And each blog that you set up can be a new income stream for you.

So how are your blogs making you money on autopilot?

1. With Contextual Advertising such as Google™ Adsense™

Simply sign up for an account if you don't already have one, and place the Adsense code on your site. Google then takes care of putting relative ads on your site for you, and when people click on the ads, you make money. It's that simple. Again we'll show you how it's done.

And you're not limited to just Google Adsense. There is also Yahoo™ publisher network, Chitika™, Clicksor™, AdSonar™ and others.

2. Affiliate marketing.

Choose programs that are relevant to the blog's topic and advertise them on your blog. We do recommend updating your affiliate programs at least once a month or so to keep them new, fresh and relevant. By continuing to advertise a variety of different products, you will increase not only the number of people who buy things based on your recommendations but also the number of items that each person purchases over the course of a year. Read my post on the "How to find a Top Rated Affiliate Program"

3. Display advertising.

In this case you're working with ad networks that provide ads that you get paid for every time you they're viewed, whether or not they ever get clicked on. You can work with just one ad network or use multiple display ad networks to get more variety from your ads.

4. Text link advertising.

You can use services like Text Link Ads or Adbrite™ to sell text ads. This takes very little effort is easy to implement and try out.

5. Sell your own products.

This doesn't mean that you have to be a writer. You can purchase private label rights products to sell as your own, or purchase resell rights products to sell. In either case you keep 100% of the profits.

6. Add a donations link to your blog as many bloggers do.

While this might not result in a significant amount of money, you never know how generous people might be when they are grateful for good content. :-)

7. Sell real products such as T-shirts, bumper stickers, clothing or whatever kind of merchandise fits with your blog's niche.

Companies such as Goodstorm™, Cafe Press™, Lulu™ and others make it easy for you, and as with the other methods mentioned here, there is no upfront cost.

8. Sell it.

Any website - including a blog - that gets good traffic can be sold for a profit. How much you can sell your blogs for will depend upon how much traffic they get and how much money they earn.

9. Use your blogs to build niche specific lists of prospects and customers that you can sell to over and over and over again.

If you've heard it once, you've heard it a million times; the money is in the list. And with a new blog every single month, you can build virtually unlimited lists of targeted prospects and customers who are receptive to your offers.

So there you have it; nine different ways to monetize your blogs without ever writing a single word of content !

And even better, you can have a brand-new blog every single month, updating itself automatically, sending Tweets to Twitter to drive traffic to your blogs, and making you money virtually on autopilot.

And while I have no idea how much money you will make from each blog, I can tell you that your income will grow as you experiment with the different methods of monetizing your blogs, and as you add a new blog each month.

Just think; six months from now, you can have six entire blogs up and running, updating themselves automatically, sending out automated tweets, and earning you money.

Even if you only do the minimum to drive traffic and earn money on your blogs, just imagine how much you can be earning with a little effort. And obviously, the more effort you put into building your lists and promoting your affiliate products, promoting your own products and advertising, the more money you can make.

In twelve months you can have twelve blogs, each generating you an income. "But wait," you ask. "What do I do after I've used all 52 blog entries?"

You have several options. Since your blog is receiving traffic and generating income, you could hire someone to write more blog posts for you. You could adapt private label rights content to your blog. You could write your own blog entries. You could even recycle your old blog entries into new ones, and keep the cycle going.

  1. To make money blogging, you will need to stay current and write about the latest news in your niche. People need to know what is going on, because your readers probably don’t know, which is why they are at your blog. It is extremely easy to write your thoughts on news stories and it will pay off for you big time if done right.
